July 2025 Updates

  • We've added the ability to download full Conversational AI transcripts as XLS, now accessible via your Survey Results page, that also houses all existing export options like results files, Crosstab Designer, etc.
  • The Batch Answers option (on the left-hand side of your Questionnaire) has been improved to respect answer limits per question type automatically. 
  • Translations are now supported for the Multiple Open-Ended, allowing all text inputs in this matrix-style format to be translated like other supported questions.
